I wish i was head honcho at Connells - yes, i work for Connells , but i'm also a Solicitor (non practising, on the roll), and a Conveyancer of 30 years experience, which i think entitles me to give an alternative view on this topic.

PII claims through the roof ? I don't reconise that from the ABS we already own, and if I were firms like Shoosmiths, I would be thoroughly insulted by your insinuation.

Everyone is entitled to their own views - all i am doing is spelling out the reality of what would happen if referral fees were banned. And it is not all about the money - as you profess to be so knowledgeable, i'm surprised you don't know this ?
