The civil courts are not part of the administration of CRIMINAL justice.
In civil cases the term 'justice' is more loosely applied because the outcome of a civil dispute more often turns on the interpretation of events and conduct rather than simply breaches of the law. That is why the civil courts have a different burden of proof.
One would have expected the Supreme Court to have realised that.
Are there any foreign jurisdictions where civil court fees are unlawful?
