That's true. How is she is communicating with all her customers in the first place. However I am sure of she paid for a Solicitor to represent her he would have made sure she understood and would have hired a translator.
If someone does not understand the proceedings in any court it is paramount that they get a translator in the interest of justice.
It could be argued that in this instance the prosecution should have arranged for one.
