Your first mistake was to try and represent yourself in a complex land dispute when (having read your posts on other threads) your ability to do so was clearly lacking.

If you were having problems with your water supply or your central heating, I presume you'd call a plumber; if your fuse box blew up, you'd call an electrician and if your suspension broke, you'd take your car to a mechanic.

All of these things could costs you several £100s of pounds, but you'd pay for an expert...why then do you think it was write to try and conduct legal proceedings yourself without one iota of knowledge or experience save for what you had picked up from the internet.

It astounds me that people think they are capable of substituting lawyers so that they can save themselves a few bob and I fear it will only get worse as the government meddles with the small claims limit.
