I agree with Anon 13.39. While it is useful to have a broad idea of the other side's costs, for the purpose of assessing the risk of losing, it shouldn't be nickel and dimed in this way.

Like so much of the CPR it seems to be nothing more nor less than a bureaucratic exercise which adds to costs, and increases the risk of procedural skirmishes (which was precisely what the original pared down CPR was devised to avoid: now, it seems worse than the RSC or CCR ever were).
