I read this in the local press before the gazette got to it. Local press have treated her shambolicly and misrepresented the facts altogether.

I have skim read te case all the big boys were in this firm- baker Tilley, KPMG, grant Thornton, lawyers and she did what none of the other axiom solicitors did - all of whom were at least twice her senior in age in that she got professional advice.

SDT have bottled it on this one against the mighty might and fight power of the SRA- criteria in law for recklessness isn't even met in the judgment- did the SDT fall asleep?
