Anon 15:57 - What is and is not acceptable language is contextual. When taken out of context anything is possible. Obviously certain things are unnaceptable but some comments are just plainly taken out of context. Over regulation has to be wrong otherwise we move out of being a democratic free state into an autocracy where anything non-compliant with customary norms is offensive so leads to regulatory action.

How can lawyers properly challenge red tape if they themselves are being bound by it.
