When someone applies for power to sell my home because I am dead I want that person to have to produce a death certificate with a raised seal - not a photocopy and still less a scanned copy. And I want that person to produce my signed will. And to take an oath with a warning about what can happen if it's lies. (I don't mind if they can pay the fee by credit card instead of cheque.)

And it should go without saying that people who commit probate fraud or forge wills must go down, immediate not suspended, for a substantial tikme, regardless of age, gender, or family circumstances.
