Can we add to the list of unnecessary documents the page upon page of facebook searches, insurer database searches and previous address searches relied upon by Defendants in cases where Claimants are put to proof but not accused of dishonesty.

We are often faced with 200-300 pages of 'chaff' as a result of such data mining and it is hardly ever supported by a similar fact statement or a statement from an investigator; leaving Defendant Counsel to point the Court as to the relevance (if there is any) of such documents, at trial.
