We had a hearing on 4 August was adjourned to 25 Sept, with Order commenting "as [party] had not [previously sought] interpreter & now informing court he requires one..." and goes on to specifically include a direction that court will arrange for interpreter to be present at next hearing.

On 14 Sept we get notice of change of venue (no concern to the other party as in prison & appearing by video link) but my client having to travel a greater distance. I contact court to remind them to make sure interpreter aware of change of venue & for video linking between new venue and prison.

On 25 Sept 3 hours before listed hearing & whilst en route to Court, phone call to say hearing adjourned as no interpreter.
