Doesn't this demonstrate amply that neither the SRA or the SDT is now fit for purpose and both should be wound up. But the trouble is the our political masters would then, in all probability, just replace them with bodies that are no more fit than their predecessors. They'd just pass each other like a 'quango in the night' (with apologies to Fleetwood Mac!).
