Don't expect opponents to flag up your mistakes??????
Within family court proceedings, the child is given a court guardian, this guardian has a solicitor, in my grandsons case the solicitor elected was a member of the same solicitors acting for the LA whom where bringing the proceedings before the court, from magistrates court to family court my grandsons birth certified name changed to a name of a child that has never existed leaving my family absolutely powerless for any access to justice??
