easy solution to all of this..........cars should be manufactured with built in dash cams front and back. The technology is cheap. Can anyone explain why new cars are riddled with expensive tech but this hasn't been done. this kind of fraud would eventually become a thing of the past. Insurers (as they already do with driving apps) could provide lower insurance cost incentives to install dash cams until car manufacturers sell as standard feature.
