I suspect Leigh Day were both financially (with trips to the Middle East) & politically motivated to find wrong doing by the Army, but yes the SRA were probably also motivated by the Govt to prove Martyn Day and his colleagues to be in breach of their professional duties which one member of the tribunal clearly found them to be. Who is going to foot the bill for this epic - Perhaps both sides should pay their own?
