Nicky - any bloke who finishes a post with 'cheers' should remain anonymous! However there is some truth in what he states though in that my experience as a female lawyer for 40 plus years is that a disproportionate number of women lawyers do lack confidence in their abilities (often undeservingly so) but at the other end of the spectrum (as risk director in a top 100 firm) I know that those daring and audacious males are the ones who produce the most PI claims. What is so wrong with 'playing by the book' and getting at least a good solid risk averse result after all?
