Anon 1553. My elder daughter - a solicitor - had 'whiplash' 20 years ago, caused by an uninsured driver, who drove off and disappeared, back to Nigeria, an unsurprising destination to her, given her professional experience in London. She didn't have an enduring pain, but the effects are still with her, in the weight gain that started and she could not keep off with exercise. She can't have got much compo for it or she'd have told us. Like to give us an estimate of her 'entitlement'?
