I don't like the idea of job losses in any field. But certain elements of the 'profession' are as much (probably more) at fault as anyone for these reforms. And, like it or not, there are many countries (Spain, New Zealand, states in Australia, even the US and other countries) that have banned or never allowed compensation for soft tissue injuries. If no one can recover whiplash injuries or are subject to the same level of compensation, then there is the same access to justice for all, it's just not the access to justice (legal fees) that those elements of the 'profession' want. I find it tedious that they pretend otherwise.
