In England and Wales it sure isn’t easy to make a living on whiplash claims and the only way you can is by not caring and running a sausage factory. The profits do not go to the solicitors but to the hangers on.

There won’t be a public outcry because the nature of the beast is that “I’m not one of the sorts to make a claim” until in fact they do get clobbered and become one of those sorts. So people don’t care until it affects them.
