Derek Louw is right, but I'd go further.
The answer was to not take the work on at all-no matter what she said. It's not the woman's fault. Solicitors decide for whom they act and this was daft in the extreme.
Too many Solicitors don't assess risk properly or limit risk properly and then wonder why their corporate backsides feel like they've been mauled by a Rottweiler.
