This government is supposed to be for the just about managing. So how is Mr/Mrs/Ms Just About supposed to feel when their local court can barely answer the phone and to acknowledge an email takes weeks if at all while the privileged few have the spanking modern Rolls Building and now on top of that this Rolls Royce of a court building?

The Just About Managing are the ones who must pay the exorbitant court fees and will rarely if ever qualify for the few areas where legal aid is at all available. Yet all they get are endlessly engaged phones, application which take months to process, notices of hearings with only a few days to spare, Court Orders drawn weeks after they're made and a justice system kangaroos would probably manage better.

In summary, the message of this story is simple: Justice is not for the Just About.
