I find this glorified advert for London and it's "rule of law" amusing, as London is the world capital of dirty and laundered money. It is the central hub for the proceeds of global organised crime and corruption. Every uzbek, russian or any other two bit mafia billionaire crook washing his money there, all done willingly and knowingly by our "first class financial centre".

So this will be a shining avatar for integrity and justice, "glimmering like a spike of pearl and silver"..,,..nested within a den of greedy, unscrupulous thieves.

Give me a break.
