And the EU Regulation requires a solicitor to do what exactly for the customer? please explain why solicitors/ paralegals feel that they are required in all this surely if every solicitor cared about the rights of the consumer this advice would be free....surely these companies are not targeting their staff on generating fee's when they only care for the consumer (as your industry calls them), outside of the 4 walls of the company not many people care will care for your industry as the past 12 months have proven
