Please confirm the percentage of all RTA's that end up in court based purely on the actions on the insurance company rather than having to defend a claim bought against them or their insurer by a TP solicitor.
Why do think the now defunct MOU was ever conceived?
Again the claimant solicitors will always want their day in court simply to bolster their fee's.
Please remember these large insurance companies utilise and know the ins and out of defendant and claimant solicitors by working with them closely, most of the larger defendant firms actively work with insurers directly to clear backlogs...I know as a I work in insurance dealing directly with 3 large claimant firms
