Just to add to the temporary woe of the Defendant side I have now been reliably informed by a well placed source that the Discount Rate won't be increased from -0.75% until October 2018 or possibly April 2019 at the earliest.

My heart bleeds for insurers and I confirm I am perfectly happy to pay increased insurance premiums as a consequence in order to ensure my clients get adequate compensation!
