They do make for good stories and we all love barking judge tales but... really some of them do need to work on their social skills somewhat. They are one of the few persons that you can't tell to wind their neck in and shut the frack up when rude. I certainly do to my fellow partners (and our senior associates - snotty whining squabbling ingrates that they are). That's just our firm though and at 42 partners and 69 associates to big by half.
Judges should lead by example and nurture not nag. I couldn't give a split fig about their workload. No excuse. Be nice and a better man to boot.
