Ban anyone advertising legal services that is not a law firm is a good start. Is there any other area of law where companies sell claims to lawyers? Shame on the law firms that cause claims management companies to exist. I recently contacted one of the established CMC's to understand their business model and how the legal profession causes them to exist. Broadly the deal is I must accept 25 leads each month with each regardless of quality costing on average £550 per case. There was an initial commitment for 3 months. Any law firm subscribing to this should be ashamed of themselves and are an embarrassment to the profession.
