But you also have to realise that there were those areas that compensated for less profit making areas like Conveyancing and PI. Conveyancing is now 'done' by people who have no knowledge of Property Law (good or bad I shall leave the jury out on but in the main that means the 'conveyancer knows little for example about Covenants for Title or Easements or Restrictive Covenants). PI is now a merry go round 'industry' .
