Could do more digitally but two main things that would help process are:

1. Some kind of lock in agreement so people are tied in more quickly.
2. Referral fee ban. Would get rid of majority of poor quality panel and online firms and reduce risk of any conflict of interest. These firms and the agents and panel organisations are little more than parasites where the client always finishes last. The delays and incompetence I come across daily dealing with these idiots is staggering.
