The fact that premiums have risen and the fact that profits have risen is in no doubt. But come on...that doesnt change the fact that 90% of whiplash claims are still over exagerrated, cajoled out of claimants by cold calling CMCs and LEI providers. Its a racket that needed putting a stop to. Stop whining about access to justice etc. Whiplash is simply not an access to justice issue and diminishes the argument for more imortant causes under fire.
