Is there, amongst the factors that CaseCrunch software takes into account, how well it:

- handles a 'dispute affected' human client; and
- conducts the day to day elements of dispute resolution from initial instructions to trial; and
- as advocate, presents the client's case at trial?

If not and if it applies for a job with my firm, telling me that its skills set is limited to predicting the outcome of PPI mis-selling claims, the interview won't last long and it won't be starting work with me next monday!
