This latest nonsensical piece of lunacy from LeO predicates that each and every complaint is justified.

Why should I apologise to a client, or thank them for their complaint, if I genuinely believe that I have done nothing wrong?

Doing so completely devalues a 'proper' apology.

Also the notion that the great British Public struggles with phrases such as "remedy, premature and out of time..." is beyond parody.
