The majority of graduates being attracted through Uni's for some time , have found the brick wall awaiting of no training contracts, and the only jobs being offered as 'paralegals' with the carrot of an alleged TC at some point down the line (which rarely materialises).

This move will help balance the route to being a solicitor more toward the trainee, rather than where it is presently imbalanced with the employer

I find the elitist and misinformed comments of Anonymous 14:38 to be sadly too prevalent
