Neuberger does not mention our common law. Why ?because he considers himself part of the establishment; those who think they are above the law.
A lawful fact and maxim.
Common law is superior to statute law.
Neuberger ties himself up in knots because he knows this' but loves his status so he goes along with the establishment's treason. He knows that all UK treaties with the EU are against our common law and constitution yet he talks about parliamentary authority. He does not use the word sovereignty because he knows that sovereignty rests with the people. When will you people realise that you are being enslaved.
