'The Equality Act defines harassment thus: ‘A person (A) harasses another (B) if — (a) A engages in unwanted conduct related to a relevant protected characteristic, and (b) the conduct has the purpose or effect of — (i) violating B’s dignity, or (ii) creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for B. A also harasses B if — (a) A engages in unwanted conduct of a sexual nature.’'

Ok, a lot of situations should be obvious but, for those that aren't so obvious, how do they define 'unwanted conduct' and how are you supposed to know in advance that it will be unwanted?

A receptionist recently said to me 'OMG, the things I could do to you in bed'. Should I report her? And would the answer be different if it had been a him?
