Why can an individual not carry a wad of disclaimer forms with them and ask anyone who is not of their gender/sexual orientation/ race/religion/etc. to sign the disclaimer before engaging in any form of social interaction? Oh no, silly me - the recipient would have to be offered the opportunity for prior independent legal advice on the disclaimer in order for it to be valid and enforceable!
