The author reports that the U.K. business separated from the Australian parent company in August. In fact they are still a single entity until the shareholders vote otherwise. The shareholders vote next week whether to separate, and accept a 20x reduction in their shareholding for the remaining Australian arm. The business issued a strongly worded statement to its shareholders today that it will not be able to keep trading solvently in the event of a no vote.

I respectfully suggest the author verifies this on the ASX site, rewrites the article and then removes this comment.
