I don't know where anon at 13.58 works but it certainly isn't in my neck of the woods. People who are willing to work all hours and are actually people I would trust with my advocacy are like hen's teeth. The few decent advocates I have come across tend to work all hours already - that's what makes them good. Extending the time they need to be on their feet (or just kicking their heels in the waiting areas of court rooms) isn't going to do them or me any good at all.
