I think we already have or had an obligation to tell client's the price or the pricing basis (I always have done and my hourly rate is on my website),. We do not need this new rule as it will confuse consumers who will pick the cheapest and worst and then the rest of the profession will have to compensate them when the bad firm goes bust.
