It doesn't really say how they plan to argue the fact that for 99% of minor accident a "lawyer" is actually not required, a medical report in its current form is not required either.
Im sure most "lawyers" will agree behind closed doors that £2000 for a 9 month sprain causing no hardship is certainly not required and its criminal to assume it is.
Also I don't feel the name access2justice is doing your plight any favours to be honest it all seems very amateurish.
