the new directors at Anchorage stated that their primary interests were those of the venture capitalists rather than SG ( U.K.)
It will be interesting to see the H1 results ( due February) and whether they reveal any profit.
SG(U.K.)have had two years of reorganisation and continued losses .
The loss of key individuals without replacement , including leading figures in the cop department , does not bode well .
SG plc are underwriting the leases and some other liabilities of the U.K. arm for a 12/18 month period even after separating.
If things do not turn a profit I hardly see the new venture capitalist owners taking on this liability.
