No comments yet? Presumably because this seems like a purely academic judgement that will be ignored for many sensible practical reasons; Ignored that is until some 'clever'
person sees a chance to secure some substantial compensation. Were that to be sought in the UK, I would advise, if asked, that this is still a common law country, and the statute law, and any law 'imposed' by a foreign state is null and void unless the living (wo)man consents to be responsible for the legal fiction. The (Wo)man's name created as a legal fiction before the living (wo)man could read write or speak. Oh! what a tangled web we weave----
