So a firm which wants to make it difficult for a client can invoke this case and use it as a shield. I have asked a firm for copies of all the offers (Open, Without Prejudice, Calderbank and Part 36) plus time recording print out, terms of business and costs estimates- They have refused it relying on the Green case!! From their point of view-You could say this case has been gift wrapped and sent from heaven!!
