It is self evident and beyond reasonable doubt that this solicitor wilfully knew his cases had no merit, therefore by default admits to culpable liability for pecuniary deception in order to obtain advantage for unjust enrichment and deprive others of valuable considerations. He deserves to be struck off for lack of integrity and abuse of the system. Others should clearly take 'Notice', then perhaps the Public Trust can be cleaned up and be made aware of some of the members of this private cartels gravy train antics.
