Maybe this is part of the problem - they have so many requisitions to raise and deal with. At first I was against it, but maybe they are sick to death of raising the same old ones (as I conveyancer, I have had my fair share).

My only gripe is that many of mine relate to leasehold titles and we await a signed certificate from the landlord/management company. Some are quick. Many are not. It is them a case of either submit and get a requisition or lose priority .
