In this order the problem is:

1. Inadequately experienced (in the holistic sense), trainees and then Solicitors (they need I understand only 'study and practice' one field now and not a split of at least three contentious and non contentious fields)?

2. Hence Personal Injury claims greed which would once have been done at a clerical work level at Grade D (or lower) rates - the problem is perennial as Patrick Hastings QC had a problem on behalf of fraudulent claimant's even when he was practising I recall reading.

3. Non Law Firms maintaining suit and having a financial interest in an outcome (Car Hire Companies, Claims Managers, Banks, Legal Expenses Insurers / Insurers and the whole rag bag of market capture / market 'promotion' vehicles).

4. Contingency Fees- the worst possible thing to combine all these 'exciting' 'market' 'developments' with .....
