Mr Carlisle - thank you.

There are no powers of personal delegation of the authority to litigate on behalf of members of the public for reward, or in the granting of audience rights given by s. 18 of the Legal Services Act 2007 (‘LSA 2007’).

It is not within the power of the legislation for an individual holding rights within the meaning of s.12 of the LSA 2007 to delegate those rights to unregulated non-employees.

The power to delegate by s.15 of the LSA 2007, in that the individual seeking to conduct litigation and address the court, has to be an employee of the authorized and regulated person in order to carry out the regulated legal activities.

With the above in mind and given that:-

1. You do not appear on the Roll;
2. You do not appear at the Bar;
3. Your are not a employee of the corporate entity mentioned but being its company director;
5. You do not seem to be an employee of a authorized and regulated person;
4. There is no requirement for any corporate entity to be regulated or authorized by any regulatory body;
5. You do not seem to be in one or any of the excepted categories.

Kindly answer.
