I'd like the SRA, if they can be bothered, to look at this outfit. In over 30 years of PI Claimant work, I've never had one approach at any of the firms that I've been at from a single client complaining about fees deduction and certainly no hint of it post 2013 when the rule changes kicked in and some firms were deducting the success fees and ATE premiums.
It's not rocket science to work out why every Tom, Dick & Harry are allegedly speeding up or down the M1 to beat their way to JG's doors in what seems to be a small side street in Leeds!
