In terms of Rights of Audience, I understand that Mr Carlisle has appeared in the SCCO, can anyone confirm this?

Anyway, if Mr Carlisle has run away perhaps he will now respond to my correspondence and application which sets out that they have issued incorrectly i.e. against a non existent entity (and are now out of time), have not pleaded special circumstances, have pleaded that the Bills were delivered in October 2017 despite being in possession of a statement confirming that the Bills were delivered in November 2016 (we say this for a number of reasons but primarily because the Bills were with the cheque and the cheque was presented).

Mark, Kerry, I know you're reading this, my offer to allow your client to discontinue with
