Solicitors l was using for my divorce in 2000 were shut down by The Law Society for Misappropriation of Clients Funds and they were bother's who were coroners for Louth & Grimsby. The solicitors put in place for these solicitors caseload, promptly lost irreplaceable important documents l had handed personally to one of their partners , so l chose a different firm of solicitors and much later found out my files from the shut down firm, walked to the firm of solicitors my previous solicitor was then employed by. Was it any wonder with these kind of things happening that matters continued to be covered up and The Law Society appeared either uninterested or completely unconcerned? It pretty much sounds to me that not a lot had changed in the interim years.
