Mr Carlisle is a self-proclaimed 'accomplished litigator' (albeit one with no right to conduct litigation) but he chooses to spend his days wasting his gift on £1000 solicitor own client costs disputes. How sad for him. Does the medical profession suffer a similar problem with accomplished surgeons choosing work in nail bars rather than the operating theatre, or is it the case that natural selection sees talent finds its own level in the working world?
